My takeaway from this episode was the example of leadership. You can lead while being led. Susan said it like this, “The chances are good that you are both being lead by someone and also leading others. Joshua was lead by both Moses and now by God. At the same time he was leading the nation of Israel. The words he hear from God he used to lead others. Is God leading you? Do you use his words to lead others?”
Both of these questions are crucial to consider if you don’t think the answers are positive. What are you prioritizing over listening to God and His guidance? Do you take what lessons he shows you and apply them in your leadership to others?
